While cats are diligent groomers themselves, our professional bathing system thoroughly cleanses for a divine feline. A variety of shampoos are offered to combat anything from itchy skin to fleas. Grooming is ideal for long-haired cats that can become matted and geriatric animals that are unable to clean themselves effectively. Any cat can benefit from a refreshing bath and many cats feel relieved after a cooling shave down.

Cat Guidelines

For their safety, all cats MUST arrive in a carrier

All cats must be current on the following vaccinations:

Rabies - required

FVRCP - required

Feline Leukemia is recommended, but not required

We do NOT administer sedatives and we do not offer grooming services for sedated animals

Any sedation prior to grooming must be pre-arranged by consultation with the groomer (not the front desk). A veterinary release may be requested and sedative must be administered by the owner or vet

In order to keep cats as comfortable and calm as possible, we insist on taking our time during their groom. We are unable to quote completion times for cats. Please book your cat's appointment on a day when your schedule is flexible and you are able to pick up immediately when you are called

Please Note

Not all cats are cooperative during the grooming process. We will refuse the groom at any time during the process if it becomes a safety issue for the cat or the groomer. Additionally, a cat that has been cooperative in the past may change it's behavior. Our policy is strictly for the safety of your animal and our valued staff members. Please see handling fee disclaimer below before booking your cat's groom

Feline Handling Fee

A 50% handling fee will be assessed for all animals that must be sent home due to aggression, behavior, health conditions, or any reason whatsoever whether or not the bath / groom was able to be completed. This fee is in consideration of kenneling, handling, and the groomer's time and risk

Important

Even the most docile cat can become very aggressive during a bath / groom. Many cats display behavior during the grooming process which is uncharacteristic of their behavior at home. However, many cats are very comfortable with the grooming process. We have a loyal following of cat customers and groom approximately 2-4 cats, 5 days a week!
